Terms Of Service

Thank you for using REC! The TOS cover your use and access to our services, client software and websites, and any updates, modifications or enhancements to same (collectively, “Services”). The TOS include and incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information and can be found here. By using our Services, you’re agreeing to be bound by the TOS, including the Privacy Policy.

Registration

REC is available for free when you register with REC. The user registration process requires that you agree to these Terms. When you register with REC, you will be asked to disclose certain personal information, including your name and email address, and to set up a user name and password, all of which will be subject to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for keeping your password and log-in information secure. You agree that you (1) will monitor your account, (2) will not share your account or password with anyone.

Intellectual property

Administration is the sole owner of a right of the Extension and its elements (code, design, databases, know-how).

Changes to and Your Termination of the Service

You acknowledge and agree that Administration may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Service (or any features within the Service) to you or to users generally Administration’s sole discretion, without prior notice to you. You may stop using the Service at any time. You do not need to specifically inform Administration when you stop using the Service. You acknowledge and agree that if REC disables access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing the Service, your account details or any files or other materials which is contained in your account.
